Dianella longifolia

Perennial herb; long strap-like leaves, V- shaped in cross section.
Small blue flowers when fertilised lead to purple blue berries as seen in this fruiting image.

Similar to Dianella revoluta (Spreading flax lily) except in Dianella longifolia >/em> leaf margins are SMOOTH and NOT curved under (inrolled); found in dense colonies; very drought tolerant.
